 SD dog hotels
Hi:
The SD Marriott and Hyatt at Fishermans' village (lovely spot) takes dogs, but the cost may be a bit steep. Also La Quinta hotels everywhere are v. good and do not charge for dogs. Rooms well equipped usually with fridge/microwave etc and you get breakfast. There is a nice LQ in Carlsbad in the quiet south end near the beach, near food places too.
