Our guy had an undescended testicle. Someone (probably from YT) told me that the humping could actually help descend it. Well, his testicle did descend, which made his neutering surgery much easier on him (and on our budget!)
Anyway, he humps occasionally now, but much less. For some reason, he likes to grab onto our arms in the morning when we carry him. I figure he stil has some testosterone and the levels are higher in the morning. We just gently remove him.
