My future MIL wanted me to wait to neuter my shih tzu until after he was old enough to breed with her female because they would "make cute puppies". The thought of my baby breeding made me sick. Needless to say he was neutered at 5 months. ALL of my dogs are beautiful and sweet but they are by no means breeding quality!
