I hope you are able to find out what is wrong with Bear and he feels better soon. Sending prayers and best wishes. I would use the search function on YT and type in Pancreatitis. I have seen many threads about Yorkies with this condition and what the owners have done to help the dog. I would go for a second opinion. It would not hurt to have someone else look and offer suggestions since poor Bear is still having problems.
