Your pup is exhibiting alpha type behavior. Humping is a way of expressing dominance. He is trying to dominate you...My 7 mos old did it when I first got him...did it to me and He would try to hump Bella my female yorkie, well needless to say that didn't go over to well with her...it pi$$ed her off...so I knew I had to stop it...did a little research on it...found out it was dominance...the easiest way to correct it is to... when you see him humping someone just walk over and say NO, pick him up and cradle him in your arms belly up...don't let them down until they stop fighting it...once they stop resisting it and relax...I would love on him some and than put him down and give him a treat...he doesn't do it anymore...It's a great technique, lets him know he cannot dominate you..and that behavior is unacceptable.

Now he does hump his toys lol...but I don't correct that...I see no harm in it. I let him have his fun..lol As long as its not me or Bella. He is going in on April 16th to be neutered...that should help as well.
