This is for the OP, too--after years of uncomfortable pillows, I have found the PERFECT one (for me, anyway, but maybe worth a shot for y'all, too!) It's the HoMedics (Tony Little) Micro Bead pillow. It is a little pricey, but OMG it is the ONLY thing I can sleep on, now! I have DDD in my neck and these help me so much!
