Moshe will do this as well and he is 14 weeks. What we have been doing is making a loud noise (can't quite convey it in text) to redirect his attention and to take the arm or leg immediately away (obviously). If he continues (and every once and awhile he does) I get up and turn my back on him (got that one from it's me or the Dog). It works 50 percent of the time. I'm just praying that when he gets neutered it gets better.
