I've just started doing this and LOVE it. I buy 3 or 4 papers each Sunday. Clip and put in my binder. You save them for a while and will sometimes have to pull some from 2 or 3 months before. That's the key. Don't use them as soon as you get them. Match up with things on sale. I shop Kroger, CVS, and Walgreens. My best trip (and actually my 1st one) was during Kroger's mega event sale. My total before coupons and store discounts was $178. I paid $98. Nowhere near those on TLC, but good for me I use several sites....there are people that already match EVERYTHING for you...even tell you when the coupon came out and if there is a printable one online too. Some sites I use are:
www.thebigredpot.com
www.southernsavers.com
Extreme Couponing - The Krazy Coupon Lady
Laura Williams' Musings
www.jillcataldo.com
www.coupons.com
Hip2Save - Not Your Grandma's Coupon Site
