I think it can be both. But the part that baffles me is that this company that holds the space (for lack of better term) for the classified ads would have such a thing on their site. To me it's like seeing puppyfind.com saying Minature and Yorkshire Terriers. Puppyfind is just the 'host' for the breeders. Maybe I am getting riled up over something petty, but it bothers the heck outta me. If I advertised pups I had there, that's how they market..goes against my ethics. Shame on them!!
