Yes, that looks like an adorable Yorkie to me. Don't worry about the ears, they may go up and down several times over the first 8 months or so, but keeping the top 1/3 shaved will take the weight off and help them stay up.
My Tiki ended up with one up and one down, and I think it is so darn cute. |
