 Back from Az and reunited with my babies
We got back last night from 5 days in sunny, warm Arizona. Cali is still on her UTI infection medicine and doing well. Nikki did ok while we were gone but had a strange episode the night before we were to come home. My daughter called at 10:30 pm (Chicago time) and was scared because Nikki was thrashing around on the bed and wouldn't/couldn't listen to her. Then he snapped out of it and kept shaking his head back and forth real fast for 5 minutes. I calmed her down and all of a sudden he stopped and went to sleep. His vision seems to be worse than it was a week ago also. He has been ok since we got back but I am keeping a close eye on him. Bon Bon said her Alexander had a couple of the same episodes and the Anipyrl helped.Hopefully it will help Nikki as he continues the journey of aging. Other than that they all did well and we had a great welcome home last night. |
