My sister is Roxy's former owner, she had a groomer back home that she used to taker her to every 3-5 months since she was old enough to start getting hair cuts, she's 2 now so I think she's just knows what to do. Also Roxy aims to please and when she would wiggle I would just stop for a few seconds and ask her to lay back down and she would. Actually looking back, I think she comforted me through the motions.
