Yes, I agree, if you haven't already try a high quality, holistic, limited ingredient food. After everything else you've mentioned that has been tested and tried that's failed, it's the only thing that stuck out to me in your posts (what specific food you did try). I'm sure you spent a ton of $$ already and this would be a not too expensive thing to try before opening your wallet wide for a dermatologist.
