It would be a hard theory to prove. There are many kibble fed dogs who don't get them. You'd have to put a large number of kibble fed and raw fed dogs in an area with fleas to find out, I guess.

And if they are less prone to them, then does that go for all raw fed dogs or just prey model fed or just premade fed.. If it's the sugar (which I imagine isn't proven anywhere), then any dog eating food without carbs should have the same benefit - so it wouldn't be that it's raw.
