I switched her to Natural Balance Limited Ingredient Diet food. Rylie (my morkie) is now on it as well. It comes in "small breed bites" size for dogs in the potato and duck variety. It is lower protein than a lot of foods too, which I like.

I would try NB LID if I were you. It addresses a few of the potential problems all in one go (food allergies would be solved by the LID and grain free and weird protein source, smaller pieces of kibble to aid digestion, lower protein levels than other foods, etc.). If you get the bag from Petco, and your baby does not improve on it, you can return it for a full refund and try something else!

This is my suggestion, but is by no means expert advice. It worked for us and I hope you find something that works for you!
