Did it start before or after boarding?
Hopefully it clears up because this can be a chronic, miserable thing to deal with. Has she been to the vet since this started? Fecal done (with giardia add-on)? You can try a round of Metro to see if it clears the problem up (probably wouldn't have to go in for that if she has just been seen). Can try Tylan. If you give it some time and nothing seems to help, then you're looking at diet change. I feel like I'm forgetting something... Could try probiotics (try one thing at a time so you know what helps). I'm not a big fan, but they may work. I suppose digestive enzymes are something that you could try also. If none of that helps.
I'm sure one of those things will help.
Not going to hurt a thing to try pumpkin. I would be very surprised if it worked though.
