And coming from a family of doctors, I was in my 40s before I had my first chiropractic adjustment. I was skeptical but now I'm a convert. (Poppy is probably spinning in his grave right now). I'm lucky -- George is a retired DC so he can take care of most of my aches and pains before they get bad.
Was Poppy an M.D.? If so, I'm sure he would be spinning. lol Most doctors don't take them seriously. I am a believer in chiropractors. I just didn't want to have one "pop" my neck because I know it would hurt. Might make it better, but would sure hurt!
