Many shampoos for sensitive skin contain oatmeal... and some pups are allergic to it... Maybe try coconut oil based shampoo as it is good for the skin and coat. |
Done both. No change. Oral steroids have been administered until weened off for a month...no change.
I don't know about the liver...
