Any sudden change in behavior like this would warrant a trip to the vet to rule out any medical reason. If she is cleared medically by your vet, than look at whether anything in her environment (new people? new house? different work hours?etc...) has changed.... I very much doubt she is doing this just because she wants attention, jmo
