Read your other post. They didn't leave much on him, did they? I would have been way more rude. He's still a cutie though and it will grow back.
I had a mobile groomer come to the house for Shadow's first grooming and was so disappointed, I started doing it myself. Still doesn't look professional, but at least she looks the way I want.
