I've had VPI for the last 5 years. In those years, I have had no problems with coverage or claim reimbursement. However, at this year's renewal, I am going to look at other pet insurance plans. Petplan appears to offer great coverage at a reasonable cost. Thanks for posting this question...it got me thinking!
