I don't think that is going to happen, European breeders and some american Breeders are still breeding to the yorkie and registering the tri colors as Biewers and the traditional colors Yorkies. AKC will never stand for 2 breeds out of the same litter. Actually their can be according to IBC 4 separate breeds in one litter...( the Biewer(Tri color),Biro(chocolate Parti) Golddust(golds and gold parti's) and Ocean Pearl(cream and cream parti)
There are just too many that have been bred back to the yorkie and still are. They have been doing it for years so when AKC sees the pedigrees its going to stop them dead.
I know some of the clubs here believe only breeding biewer to biewer, but unless you had gotten all of them to cooperate before they started breeding back to yorkies you may have had a chance.
