And not only is the tech's time being paid for by the client, but also another tech/assistant monitoring the pup, and the vet who has blocked that time in case something goes wrong/and if extractions are needed/and to do the dental exam, etc. And it takes a looooong time to put in charges and do discharge papers and update the owner.
This is the first I've heard of this happening. Not surprising, but it is weird that she was so upset by it. Did you use a thin layer or did they tell you to use the whole container? Ellie has used it for years and she just licks for a minute and moves on. |
This was my first time using it so I probably didn't get it on there right - but I didn't use anywhere near the whole container. She's just a delicate little flower!
