i have a London i got from seller Ryan on YT. it's a great bag and roomy enough for probably 8 pounds max. it might hold more, but it wouldn't be a comfy fit. also consider the build of your dog - a 9 pound thin dog would fit but a 9 pound fluff ball might not. just be warned that the London, while awesome, is a heavier bag because of all the metal buckles.
