MyLilyRose,

Just a few quick sudggestions...

Put your paper, right in front of the exit to outside.

The next time she Potties (wherever) blot it up with
a Paper Towel, and slip that in-between some of the
newspaper at the outside door. Make sure you have
a good Scent Neutralizer to do the "wrong" places with.

I think that once she has that Scent reference, and
when she goes on the Paper, be sure to praise her.
As all this occurs, she'll get used to going to the door
to do her business, and some even have trained theirs
to bark, when they want out.

If you have a proper enclosure outside for her, maybe
you should consider installing a Doggy Door. I have one
and it's the most convenient Doggy accessory I have
ever purchased.

However, I must say that a Door is not for everyone...
