Oh I definitely think you should try it. You can finagle it with a harness to work. I wish it worked for Max too. I'm not too sure what else I can do. There are no trainers in the area and I just don't know how I can help him. I'm not losing any sleep over it though. If he barks for a few minutes on his walk, so be it. At least he can walk.
