It is obvious that you love this little guy whether he is a full blood yorkie or not. However, I do think if you paid for a yorkie then the breeder should make it right with you if he is not. But I must say he is a cutie pie!! I looked at your album and he is adorable!!!
If your test shows that he is a mix I would definitely make the breeders name well known!
