No it doesn't. I had a little issue with it this morning when I prepared Max for his walk. I put his Buddy Belt
over the Thundershirt, but that only tightened the Thundershirt around his neck when he pulled, so that didn't work well. I was able to put his Buddy Belt
under the Thundershirt and then pull the leash through the mess. A D-ring attachment would have been nice, but regardless it doesn't work for my crazy little walking barker.
