Unfortunately, they have been accepted into AKC registration but that was based on the registration numbers of sire and dam and who knows where the mix happened? At that time, DNA was not able to be tested as it was today.
The Biewers also a parti colour Yorkie that come from Germany but not recognized by the FCI or the German Kennel CLub, have proven they were the result of a mix and have very little yorkie genes. It is on their website when they chose to have that information on there. |
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, even though the FACTS show otherwise. Some people have their minds made up and they don't want to be confused with the facts.
If you look at the group of dog that were used in the makeup of the yorkie, there were parti colored dogs. The parti colored fpuppies have been showing up in well known top show kennels (such as Wildweir Kennels) for many many years. Those people have given statements saying that they have had parti puppies in their litters. Are we going to call them liars?
