I'm in NY, too. I've had Belle since mid-Feb and with the way the weather has been, I can count on one hand the number of times she's been outside longer than the few seconds it takes to get to the car. Even then she wears a coat and shivers for a few minutes til the car warms up. Too cold up here for these little ones! Soon you'll be able to bring him outside, and then you can work on teaching him to potty out there.
