I am sorry it did not work out for you getting this puppy. Like others that have posted it seems odd that the puppy would have had to be put to sleep. My first thought was that the breeder just did not want to put out the expense to have the pup undergo surgery if that was necessary. Now, my second thought is that the breeder just changed her mind about selling the puppy and she made up the story. Some breeders have been known to do that. How old was this puppy?

Regardless of what happened I wish you the best in your move to Texas and I hope you will find a nice puppy to love once your move is complete. What part of Texas are you moving to?
