I just brought my very first puppy home yesterday. My question is...I live in NY and it is raining and 30 to 40 degrees out. Is it too cold to train outside???I feel I'm just confusing him. Ok to pee here today but not in a month... The women that sold him to me said to use the pads for another month or so. He came form a pet store....I know you won't approve, but I couldn't just leave him there...love at first sight. He is only 2 lbs. He of course has had no training and want to make it as easy as possible for him.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!
