There is a very recent thread about Trifexis in Health and Diet.
It's just milbemycin oxime and spinosad (so it would be like giving Interceptor and Comfortis). And it's from a different company (Elanco).
My guess is that it's fine, but that's if you want to try something newr like spinosad. My preference is to hold off on newer drugs until there is a lot of data that I can look at.
