Oh I know what you all mean. I've been wanting to adopt or rescue a Yorkie for months now! It was hard enough to convince my dh to get ONE as well.
To top it all off, my mom lives with us and she has a 13 year old toy poodle. Well, she found another one marked exactly as the one she has now, and got him about 3 weeks ago. I am happy for her, but can't help but feel a bit blindsided since she knew I was actively pursuing adopting another Yorkie!
Now my dh said he is FOR SURE moving out if we bring ANY more animals home! I know he's teasing, but I have to take his feelings into consideration, and that let's me know exactly where he stands....bummer
