Find a new vet asap. Did the vet give out antibiotics w/out doing a skin scrape/smear? The cells have to be looked at under scope to even determine if it's bacterial, or if there is also the possibility of yeast.
Are pollens really high in your area right now? Did the itching start w/ the pollen season?
