In my opinion, these pups develop a preference pretty early about where they want to potty, etc. I have one girl that uses newspaper and one that uses the outside grass. It took me a long time to teach my inside newspaper girl that it was also okay to use the grass, too.
Sounds like yours has already developed a preference and I would go with that, if she is a puppy. Maybe later you can introduce the newspaper, but it sounds like she is just getting confused right now. |
