Good luck in your search! I admire your patience in waiting for exactly what you want and can affoard, it will make her that much more special when you get her! You have my sympathy in trying to get out on your own. I would not want to be starting out today, that's for sure. My husband and I were just discussing how we could not affoard to buy the house we are in at the price it's worth now, even though we are in better paying jobs than when we bought it 14 years ago!
