 finicky 11 yr old..
My baby was close to kidney failure 6 months ago, and now she's 99% healthy, thanks to tummy and heart meds. Thank God.
However, she used to eat wellness senior dried only. Now, after we've spoiled her with hamburger, chicken, steak, pasta, potatoes etc - trying to get her well, she's become the most finicky dog EVER!
I mean, what dog won't eat hamburger meat from your hand?? One day she'll eat pasta, then is repulsed. etc... It's like she's trying to turn me into a short order cook..
THEN! We go to friends house and they have Pedigree dried food for their dog on the floor - my doggie gobbled every bit like she was starving! I know it's because the other dog was staring at her...
Anyone have any thoughts? |
