Yeah if they were made with "that" I would not buy them either! My 2 love bully sticks. However, what I have observed is that they start to drink more water after chewing on them. They also get quite possess over them and try to take each others , or when one hides theirs , she will try and snatch the other one from our shih tzu. I also noticed that they don't eat as well when thry have their bully sticks.
So I try not to buy them a lot . I try to make them just for special treats. I only once gave them more then one a month just because thry were a good price... But usually not. |
I don't bring them to my dads house anymore. With all 3 dogs, they are all a pain in the butt. My dads JRT female is already a bitch, LOL... the bones make her worse. And then their Dachshund is getting possessive, so then Jackson gets protective of his, and it's just a mess. We had one big fight over one and ever since, it's just not worth it with all 3 of them around (unless each are in their own room, locked up). I can definitely see how it could be an issue with multiples. But they act like that with ALL bones so they don't buy any anymore.
