Alison, Phoebe sends her apologies and said she was just scared that she was being sent to another home, as the only time she got car rides she was left at a new home. I can see that I have a little work to do with Phoebe and new people. It was a good reminder to me (not so good for Alison) that even though the rescue's get very comfortable with me they might not with new people.
