The eye ulceration is caused by the dryness and not because it was scratched. She will always need medication. We will give it three weeks and reevaluate her eye. If medication does not work, our last option is the operation.
Weather was horrible coming back but she slept all the way. It was probably because we have to medicate her before travel since she gets so car sick. The Cerenia is a miracle medicine! Gave it last night at bedtime and it worked all day.
Dr. Amity Huskey was so kind and gently with Paisley. All the staff we met were great too. Nice facility and ultra clean. The other patients talked about what great care their dogs had been given. I am happy we chose to go there. Now we will wait and see if this new medicine will help her.
Thanks all of you who had kind words and who said a prayer for her. She sends sweet doggie kisses. Hopefully we will update with good news next time.

I hope so too
LadyMom's Lady had wonderful results with Tacrolimus. I hope you find the same good results. I am *so* glad you were happy with Dr. Huskey and he was good with Paisley.
