Thanks everybody, you have confirmed my feelings. The receptionist at the vet office was indicating that it wasn't necessary because they are young, and had had clear results and undergone surgeries in the last year or 2.
Better to be safe, even if it means an extra vet appt. in advance (which takes 4 hrs. out of my day including driving). |
