 Blood work before dental??
Is it necessary or advisable to have pre-op blood work before a dental cleaning, if the dog has had previous blood work within a year or 2?
I insisted on blood tests before spay surgeries, the tests that have to be done days ahead and sent to an outside lab rather than the smaller tests done in-house (can't remember the names of either). All were fine, and now pups are approaching ages 2 and 3, and at least one is going to need dental. |
