Unfortunately, they have been accepted into AKC registration but that was based on the registration numbers of sire and dam and who knows where the mix happened? At that time, DNA was not able to be tested as it was today. The Biewers also a parti colour Yorkie that come from Germany but not recognized by the FCI or the German Kennel CLub, have proven they were the result of a mix and have very little yorkie genes. I find this very interesting.. I breed Biewer Yorkshire Terriers and I'd love to see whatever "proof" you say there is to support this statement because frankly, I've never seen any. The name of the dog is a Biewer Yorkshire Terrier ala Pom Pon.. History states that they are Pure Yorkies.. nothing more, nothing less.
