I'm not sure. And I should have stated she works in CO now. The laws there are a bit vague. We had a conversation about the rabies vaccine specifically because the vet she works for chewed her out for offering a client the option of the 3 year vaccination, which then caused the vet to implement a policy in the clinic offering only the 1 year vaccine. It is a new clinic and the policy was certainly a business decision. Actually, this disagreement with the vet has prompted my daughter to change clinics.
