ive tried the treats, leaving the leash on while we're at home but once we go outside she doesn't budge. treats she doesn't care for. she just sits and shakes. even when we're just on our roof! i don't know what else to do!!!!
puppy classes don't start for another month in this area.
any other tips &/ advices?
