Who on earth notices that, and even worse, who would actually comment on it?!
I would probably have pushed harder for getting a girl if I'd known how central a small male dog's privates were on his body, it does get in the way when carrying him or rubbing his belly, but you have to work around it and not get too grossed out if you touch it a little...just grow up!
