I know the diagnosis is scary and you don't know what to do but don't be in denial. He is not getting better, he is just holding his own, the GME is still there and will come out in the form of a relapse if you don't get the correct steroid dosing and start on the other drugs for GME. Again, I beg you to join the New GME Dogs yahoo group so you can learn about GME, it's symptoms and the drugs you need to get your baby well for good, not just for a few days. I have a holistic vet for Brooke also, but the holistic vet is there for acupuncture & support of Brooke's other organs, not to treat her GME, GME is treated by an experienced neurologist!!
