If you're trying to get her to eat dry food, try mixing a few pieces in with her Cesars. You could even let it sit for a minute first to let it soften some. If she eats it, gradually stop letting it soak so that those few pieces are still crunchy. Then, gradually increase the amount of dry food and decrease the amount of Cesars.

If you are looking for treats for training purposes, I frequently use little tiny pieces of cheese or leftover meat (and I do mean tiny!).
