HELP! I am sorta new here, and a first time yorkie mommy. My Khloe is almost 4 months old, and she is not potty trained, well, to tell you this, she LOVES POTTYING in her cage. So my question is how do I start bell training her to go outside?
I think this would be a great help for the both of us.
